It's an 8 -10 minute walk to our beautiful white sand beaches with private, gated beach accesses.

Our new 6-passenger electric golf cart is available for rent at a lower rate than the local rental companies. It is street-legal with seat belts, lights/turn signals/LED mirrors, digital display, storage compartments and audio system with Bluetooth capabilities. Our community has a reserved spot for golf carts less than a block from our beach entrance. The golf cart is optional and can be rented for $75 per night.

Take a short walk to the beach or zip down in the 6 - passenger golf cart and dip your toes in the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, or relax in the private backyard with patio tables and large gas grill.

You'll be just minutes away from anything you want to do in the Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach and 30A areas – shopping, dining, deep-sea fishing, dolphin watching cruises, parasailing, golfing, bike rentals, paddle boarding, art galleries, wine tasting, and so much more!

At the end of a great day in the sun you can enjoy the spacious family room with 65" screen smart TV with cable and HBO. Wireless Internet is provided.
