All three bedrooms offer a haven of comfort, furnished with tasteful linens and pillow covers for a tranquil retreat after a day of exploration (one king, two queens, one pullout twin, and queen sized blowup bed also available). Master bedroom offers a gas fireplace and a luxury en suite bathroom with feet-soothing river rock flooring, flagstone tile, and dual sinks. The home also offers the use of modern front-loading washer/dryer, EV charger, mini-fridge and dart board in the 2 car air-conditioned garage, as well as additional parking in the driveway. Property is sprawled out over a corner lot, there are only neighbors on two sides, No outdoor music or noise between the hours of 10 p.m and 8:00 a.m. per City Ordinance.
Renter must place trash in the bins located on the side of the house and put out for pick-up every Tuesday evening.
Primary renter must be 30 years old to rent this property, and show valid ID prior to check-in per City Ordinance.

This property is not designed for young children, there is no gate around pool, and no safety guards inside or around home.

Pool maintenance is conducted twice per week, usually Wednesdays and Saturdays. We always instruct our workers to work as quickly as possible, but they do need access to the property weekly and this may occur during your stay.
*Yard Maintenance is provided once per week, usually on Fridays.
*Trash services, pool and yard maintenance, as well as high-speed internet are paid by owner.
Deposit/Rent Payment: (2-3 month lease preferred)
*$1,000 deposit due at booking, and additional $250 each additional week (utility overages/property damages - Utilities exceeding $250 per month, and damage according to proof - deposit fully refundable if no damages/no excess utility charges). All rent monies due prior to arrival. (Inquire regarding available payment types).
This property is NOT available for any type of "master lease" for others to sublet.
*We kindly ask that all prospective tenants submit a rental application, and sign a rental agreement prior to finalizing booking.
