Mainsail 247 is a light and airy southern charm as well as a gorgeous coastline and pool view from a private fourth floor balcony. The living area has a cozy queen sleeper sofa, several coushioned rattan chairs, a flat screen TV, a mirrored wall and access to the private balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico and community pool. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space and upgraded full size appliances. The master bedroom features a king bed with a new Sterns and Foster mattress, and access to the private balcony with gulf/pool views. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and flat screen wall mounted TV. The balcony is located just off both the living room and the master bedroom for incredible sights of the sparkling blue/green waters.

Mainsail in Miramar Beach provides many exciting community amenities for people of all ages to enjoy, including a pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub. You will also have access to a tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffleboard, and barbecue grills.

Don't forget to bring:
While Gulf Tide Vacations provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee, k-cups, and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.


This Miramar Beach location is in a wonderful world of its own yet surprisingly close to popular gulf-front restaurants with friendly beach bars, area grocery stores, liquor wine shops, and one of the nation's largest designer discount centers famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Wining, dining, and shopping adventures are nearby at the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf along with the swank town center of Sandestin on Grand Boulevard, which also provides open-air concerts and fun festivals.

Parking notes: PARKING PASSES are issued at the guard shack. Only one car per bedroom is permitted. All cars in your party must have a parking pass clearly displayed. Please do NOT park in owners parking places if you are not an owner. Vehicles NOT displaying a parking pass are subject to being towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

No boats or trailers are allowed on Mainsail property.

No golf carts, scooters, or skateboards are allowed on Mainsail property.

Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Parking is $30 per car for the stay and 1 vehicle is included in the cost of rental. Additional vehicle will be charged to card on file. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles allowed.

Absolutely NO PETS.

Directions

If you are coming from the East get in the turn lane at the Chick-fila stoplight turn left onto the Beach road and either go through Chick-fila parking lot and exit East onto Hwy 98 going through the light and turning Right onto Open Gulf or turn around and drive back up the old beach road and turn onto Mainsail Drive to the courtesy patrol booth.

If you are coming from the West on the old 98 beach road you will be able to turn right onto Mainsail Dr.

Turn Right at the Mainsail Courtesy Patrol gate and follow the street to the condos. Building 2 is the one closest to the beach. The elevator by the portico is closest to 278. Condo is on 7th Floor.

When you arrive at the gate the security guard will give you a guest prepaid parking pass

Check In Details

Access to the unit can be gained by entering the door access code located inside the guest portal at https://ww.gulftidedestin.com (Word of warning, please don’t repeat your access number when at the beach or outside as anyone hearing it can also get into the unit). This is your personal code which allows access from 4 pm on Check in Day to 9a.m. on Check out day. So you will need to be sure you have everything out by 10 a.m. as you will not be able to gain access after that.

Luggage carts are available for your convenience to get your items to the condo, however do not take the cart inside the condo.

If you need to use the pullout sofa bed, you will find sheets in the top shelf of the beach closet.
